The missions are fun, with a few bugs. With the giants, they stopped attacking so I was able to build up before finally going to the edge of the screen where they were to continue. Though on Moderate, that time building up was needed to win. Sneaky sneaky nasty surprises in that chapter. :P
There was a lone medusa I didn't find for a while on the Island chapter, which delayed the triggering of the "Destroy Medusa base" mission.
Moderate gives an awesome challenge. Missions are balanced on this level, though resources on the map tend to be a bit scarce. On the giants map, wood runs out super fast, but this could be intended I suppose.
Many of the side missions aren't really worth the time doing except for fun.
Great story and humor.
Map Design: 4
Great design and eyecandy. But... THERE'S NEVER ENOUGH SPACE TO BUILD, especially in chapter 4. The first campaign had this problem sometimes, but not nearly as much as this one. The eyecandy and trees bottleneck units, and the important goldmine in the southwest of Ch.4 is horribly surrounded by rocks and destroyed buildings, making villagers get stuck constantly.
Great story, professional-level cutscenes (bar the typos), and the instructions are always clear on what to do to win. Lots of typos but it doesn't hurt my enjoyment of the campaign too much.
Chapter 4 you can win by taking all settlements, I had to destroy my second one just so I could complete the mission the "right" way.
(On a sidenote, if you could play one or both of my single-player scenarios (Fell Sparta / Atlantis Reborn) and give feedback that would be awesome ^^. You can ignore the other two, they're from 2005. I was 12 then and they're kind of embarrassing xD)
