The Aim of AoM: Expanded is to give a new look and feel to AoM, while keeping it's concept, and features intact, don't expect much to be taken away.

The Improvement mod is an Unofficial Age of Mythology: The Titans version of the Age of Empires III Mod:

The New units, techs, and changes in the AoM Improvement Mod are based on various sources, such as the Beta, AoE:Online, AoEROR, AoKTC, The African Kingdoms, Empire Earth, Alpha Beta, Community feedback on AoM itself etc

How to Install:
--------------
You must own Age of Mythology, and It's expansion, The Titans (Gold Edition or Ubisoft-distributed etc) will work fine, THIS DOES NOT WORK WITH EXTENDED EDITION, AND DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT LACK OF EE/TOTD SUPPORT
Everything in the "Age of Mythology" Folder should be put in your Age of Mythology directory (i.e /Program Files/Microsoft Games/Age of Mythology.

FOR BEST RESULTS INSTALL OVER A CLEAN INSTALLATION

To uninstall, just uninstall and reinstall the game, and delete left-over folders, legit the best advice I can give you since how large scale Expanded Mod is.

Other new features are not disclosed for spoiler reasons (Spoiler: I'm not giving spoilers so ping off)
Issues
Norse and Atlantean AI will refuse to advance beyond Classical, beats me why, I don't study the AI, although you could force the AI to advance using Nottud's Super Editor Pack (although this breaks compatibility with Ekantra UI stuff, and by extention Caravan Trading)
Several units and Techs lack icons, and simply use blank icons, others
Since the Scen. Editor has a load of units that aren't used in RM/Campaign, many of them aren't supported and thus will be under/overpowered, may lack textures, and lack names.

Fixed an Issue where the Siege Catapult's Boulder wouldn't render.
Fixed an Issue where Winged Messager didn't affect Scout Harpies
Fixed the Hirdman and Heavy Cavalry not correctly having their proper bonuses.
Fixed a texture bug with various crappy shield textures
Fixed a issue where Baskilon Guards texture would change to Champion Hoplites on secondary attacks (shield bumps)
Removed Useless code from a bunch of techtree and proto related stuff.

I can confirm that Gaia AI doesnt advance properly and oesnt properly build units/buildings.
Also, clicking the technology tree crashes teh game.

The Atlantean AI is very different from Vanilla AoM AI, in the fact that it's easy to break, I've noticed the same with the Norse sometimes.

As for the techtree, it's because the same issue that caused problems with the AI on the campaigns. Should be fixed, but really the Techtree is identical to AoM:TT's uitechtree due to how hard it is to modify AoM's uiTechtree.
sjendur Can someone tell me how to install the mod? I have tried some things but every time i open titans nothing changed. Can someone give me a clear guide how to install this? Couldnt find a readme

1) extract mod (don't change directory)
2) under the folder for the download there is a sub-folder.
3) is there anim, textures, data and models folder there? along with a xpacklanguage.dll file?
4) Copy all of those files above, and paste them into your /Age of Mythology/ folder (Caution: do not extract into the /my games/ folder)
5) when pasting is finished play Age of Mythology: The Titans

mctrump I got the 1.2b version, and I'm not getting any music.

Do I have to do something, or is this a problem with the mod?

mctrump Thanks for the audio suggestion, I'm using a Russian gold edition copy of the game.

I've also found that some of the levels are un-winable, I don't know if this is the mod itself, or if it's my version interacting with the mod is unknown ways

In the original "Fall of the Trident" levels 1, 2, and 26 cannot be won.

In level 1, one of the pirate ships gets stuck on another and it just stops.

In level 2, the objective of "Advance to age 2" does not complete, this is requirement to allowing Kamos to spawn

And In level 26, as far as I understand it, you have age 2 researched with an egyptian god preventing the construction of the norse towers needed to finish the level.

And in "The New Atlantis" level 6 is impossible because the game seems to think that the underworld passage is destroyed and causes the loss

also in level 10, restoring the land does not weaken the titan Prometheus, I still won but it took way longer than was needed

1. Not An Issue I am aware of (I've played that mission many times with impMod, must be your version)
2. Advance using Athena not Ares
3. A Random bug (i don't know the cause) restarting tends to fix the issue.
4. I had that issue as well, don't know the cause.
5. I weakened him, are you following the rules for the 4 settlements and lava patches to convert to trees?

Don't mention stuff like that link (remove it) HG has a particular policy towards "Hookers, Parrot Shoulderers and Pinleggers"
