A frenzied battle for dominance for up to four players. The map is designed for AoM:EE Tale of the Dragon and can be played as a 1v1, 2v2, or 4 way FFA.
It's a bit like Castle Blood. Or Mythodea. Or Hoplite Fight. However, there are several key differences that make this map very distinctive, yet not in a complicated way.
a) There is no huge snowball effect, or race for kills. In Gods Brawl, kills do not matter, as all players level equally. Only controlling the vault does.
b) God Powers are not rewards for kills or some sort of goal, they are simply abilities at your disposal to help turn the tides of battle, like an ability of a hero in an RPG. Each God has three basic God Powers which have reasonably short cooldowns and can be used multiple times per game, and one Ultimate Power which they can only use once per game.
c) The concept of unique Gods is taken a lot further than with Castle Blood. Each God has not only its own (civilizations) Barracks Units, but the units it can unlock as it levels in the upgrade tree and the God Powers that the God has are different, resulting in unique playstyles and gameplays that are distinctive to each God.

Meet (some) of the Gods
Strategy: Upgrade sea creatures and place it under enemy armies for strong area control. Save up resources for a big moment with Plenty and get loads of upgrades at once!
Strategy: Out-Number your enemy with Ancestors and your army of animals. Train animals from your pharaoh too, and always try to have some good ones alive so you can cast great hunt on them.
Strategy: Cast Ancestors and Eclipse together for a powerful combo (duh). Try to constantly protect your Son of Osiris and use him as powerful artillery.
Strategy: Mix in just the right number of Ulfsarks into your army so Valhalla has powerful enough effect, but you take minimum losses when it ends. Use ravens to spy enemy army movements and assess how well guarded individual plenties are. And don't leave Einherjar hanging around doing nothing when you use Valhalla! Delete the useless ones to free up population.
Strategy: Use Implode to freeze the enemy army and draw them all into one spot, and place Explosive Eggs beneath Implode to Obliterate said army. Rewind Powers allows you to deliver excessive force in any battle, rapidly gaining a huge number of heroes and allowing for many Spider Eggs to be cast.
Strategy: Combine Timber Harvest with your other powers to maximize their effect, especially Tsunami. Use Barrage to help win borderline, small scale fights, and Geyser for larger scale ones.
