This mod does 3 things:
- Gives the Atlanteans a new shrine of their own. Based on the Temple of Nemesis at Rhamnous
- Gives the Chinese a new shrine of their own. Based on Ancestral Shrines.
- Replaces the old, oversized Egyptian shrine with a smaller one so units won't go through it anymore.
Note: A shrine appears in mission 2 of Tale of the Dragon, it will now look culture appropriate instead of being an oversized Egyptian shrine.
Tale of the Dragon is not required for this mod, but if you don't have it, you will not have access to the Chinese shrine. It should also work with the older CD version.
This mod is also available on the Steam Workshop, but because I'm having technical issues with
uploads to the Workshop, I'm uploading the most recent version to this site.
Ah! Hello again, as some may know, I have done some reviews on Scenarios on AoMH, but now, I am making one for a mod (even though I've done a few of those anyway, >.>)
For those of you, who do not know, Nick3069 is a rather prevalent Models+anim+textures-only modder, especially on the Extended Edition workshop.
Nick3069 has done excellent work for the Shrines, they all look unique, fit in the game, and work well effectively. The only issue I have with them is that the Atlantean one, looks pretty choppy (most likely due to the Textures) and there are no death animations, but other than that, everything else is good.
I would like to see a Tents mod for the Chinese and Atlanteans :D

Thanks for the review TheBronyKing11. I'm glad you like it and I think you gave a fair review. About the Atlantean Shrine, it actually uses the Overgrown Temple's texture. Also, the lack of a death animation is intentional, only the Greek Shrine has a death animation and seeing as the Atlanteans use the Egyptian Shrine by default, which doesn't have a death animation, I didn't give one to the new shrine. I want to avoid desyncs as much as possible.
