-This mod allows you to steal your enemy’s buildings. If there are no units around your enemy’s buildings you can walk up to them and take them.
-The purpose of this mod is to allow you to "capture" your enemy’s city instead of completely destroying it. I feel this adds to the games realism.
-Any building that is vital for defence, or is a religious building cannot be stolen. For example, towers, fortresses, walls, monuments, wonders and temples cannot be taken.
-The follow buildings can be stolen from your enemies.

I've wanted this as an option for years, but couldn't figure out how to do it! I'll rate once AOE works on my laptop again.
I do have a question though. Can this be applied to units as well?
E.g. I defeat an enemy village and decide to capture their farms, homes, etc. for resources. I don't want to kill non-combatants such as villagers and caravans, will that coding work to achieve this? I'll try it out soon anyway, but I was going to check and see first.

My guess is he added the "convertablebuilding" unittype to there protox entry's. So units can convert them to your side. But you should have a unit who's capable converting enemy units/buildings by adding the "convert" ability.
