I am sorry but this game is just long and dragged out. I am sure it's fun to play such a long game with plenty of battles, especially if you were the winner, but the strategy and tactics employed in this game are nothing extraordinary.
A number of mistakes on the lost side which are obvious and I have no need to point out but the game was won more on the random map generator than anything else. Blue had 4 TC vs red's 2 TC, simply because there were more settlements spots closer to blue's starting base. Red was never aggressive enough to have a chance with 40 population slots down. It would be a closer game if he managed to take a TC spot but he didn't, so it was just a matter of time before he was crushed. Although he managed to make more units out of a need to replace losses, his army never had a real chance against a foe 50% larger in size. Red misused his GP but mostly, the map worked against him and that's all. The battle tactics involved are sound but nothing creative. As for holistic strategy, there was no flanking, very little raiding, most of the fighting occurred on the main front so the conclusion is poor manuveuring on both sides. Just an okay game over all.
