Copy the scenario to the scenariofolder in your AOM directory.
Choose difficulty. This has no influence on the game the first 57 minutes because the attacks during this
time are exclusively based on triggers, but it makes much difference
in the gameplay after you started leaving the protection of the forest because you will be confrontated
You're on an island with a big forest in the middle. The enemy is living at the shores around the whole
island and you're in an open area in the middle of the forest. The enemy don't knows that there's an
open place in the forest in the forest and they're building, expanding and cutting down the forest for
their resources. They also don't know that you're living in the middle of the forest but one day they will
have cut the forest and discover the truth. That day will be the start of your mission: destroy all the
shrines to show that you're the new ruler of the world!
The enemy don't knows that there's a tribe (you) living in the forest. But it seems that a third civilisation
has discovered you without the enemy civilisation on the island knows that. They will intrude into your
town and attack at regular times. Luckily their attacks are at fixed times: every day at noon and every
night at midnight. So you exactly know when they will attack by following the day / nightcycle.
Your only mission is destroying all the shrines (6 in total) There's no need to kill the enemy for victory
but maybe you will need to kill them before you can reach the shrines...
4. SOME WORDS FROM THE AUTHOR
I think this scenario has the right difficulty for being a challenge to play it.
I tried it three times before I could win it on Moderate.
The first time I allready lost it during the trigger based attacks in the second night.
The second time I could survive these attacks, I could do all upgrades and I had a huge army so I thought
I was very strong and it was almost impossible to loose, but once there was cut a path trough the
protekting forest the red army broke trough my defences and my town was completely erased in
less than 10 minutes: it was just unbelievable!
The third time I could win it in exactly 1 hour, 31 minutes and 11 seconds when I destroyed the last shrine.
The enemies were still alive but I just focussed on the shrines so I saved a long and boring battle with them.
You will probably have to restart the game a few times before you can find out how to survive in this scenario.
If you make it to win this scenario on "moderate" in 3 times or less restarting and within 90 minutes,
you're definitely a better AOM player as I am. Have succes!
Some of the triggers (like unit create, grant godpower, invoke godpower, play dialog, army move, ...) have been removed
because they deactivate all the other triggers in this scenario even if set on low priority. I have compensated this with other
triggers and extra armies so it's still fun to play this scenario.
