Simply this campaign kick asses. Is a nice and intelligent mixture between strategy and rpg, with many missions and great marine and terrestrial battles.
Excellent cinematics and history in which you will have to take to Odysseus to his kingdom and face the wrath of the Gods.
IMPORTANT: If you already have The Titans Expansion, DONT INSTALL THE MOD PATCH that comes in the zip file. The mod patch with new terrains is incompatible with AoMX.

Playability: 4
The scenario's playability's very good, and the only
reason I didn't give 5 is that it can get a bit con-
fusing at parts.
Balance: 4
The balance has been thought about, and it has been
given a 'thourough wash-down'.
Creativity: 4
The scenario is not unique, but there are certainly
parts which are exquisitly creative.
Map Design: 5
Bravo! I love the map design, and I'm using it as a
basis for my up-coming campaign (maybe)!!!!!!!
Story/Instructions: 4
The story is well-thought of and I especially love the
first scenario, which is almost totally original. I
send my well complements for it!
Additional Comments:
A must-have!

Playability: 2
way too easy and too linear.
Balance: 2
no stress no pressure, if follow instructions very hard to lose
Creativity: 4
many instresting ideas
Map Design: 4
very good, but if only 1/x of the map is used, why bother?? i prefer play the game rather than just watch envoronments...
Story/Instructions: 5
very clear and too streightforward... but otherwise wouldn't be playable at all
Additional Comments:
it's short... i saved probably 3-4 times for the whole game, play on titan and it didn't make any difference, and finish the whole compaign for probably 2-3 hours.[Edited on 03/08/04 @ 02:24 PM]

Playability: 4
This would be a 5 like all the rest but the scenarios are a bit short and the last is a bit easy
Balance: 4
Just one complaint here the sea monster took quite a chunk out of my navy
Creativity: 5
(Insert Creativity analysis here)
Exellent man. Some good eye candy and the enlarged units e.g crocodile. Was a really nice touch
Map Design: 5
Ye great!
Story/Instructions: 5
Excellent story even though its based on homer's poem

This campaign is very good, maybe be something easy, but it is very original and the history is perfect
Recommended as much for designers as for players that look for new experiences
Arkantos has new campaigns in mind :)
Enjoy it! |
