He's been out of the loop for ages, I don't remember seeing him for a long time.

"...Obviously, we all know what to do from the very beginning. The instructions were well thought out..."
I just noticed you gave me a 4 on story/instructions.
From what you just said, that clearly defines it as a 5. If you know what to do right from the start and the scenario explains to you what you have to do, then it's 5, theres no argueing about it. You can only give a 4 if there is a fault, which you didn't specify. Also you can't rate story in a multiplayer scenario because there usually is none.
Playability. It's argueably but that should be a 5 as well, Playability is simply if the map plays smooth and is fun. You said yourself it was very fun so I don't see the problem.
Balance: I would give it a 4, but not for the reasons yous stated. There is 1 big bug involving player 3 and one of the shortcut passages, and also the AI is abit unpredictable and does wierd things now and then.
Map Design: I don't know what you see as "Average" in my map, it either looks good or doesn't. Comparing it to my other scenarios or reputation isn't a factor. And from what I'm aware people say that this is the most beautiful map I've made. Theres plenty of eyecandy and tricks in it, and next to creativity I'd say this is the strongest factor in my scenario.
So basically, what I'm saying is that the score the Villi gave me in a previously retracted review is perfect for this map.

i think he just tried to average the rating to what he thought this scenario deserved...
about player one being able to control stuff, it wouldnt hurt balance of playability, because:
1). when you host this scenario, everyone has to be set as allies. so the units and other buildings player 1 has, it wouldnt do anything since everyone is allie to each other!. if player one decides to kill the only enemy in the map, everyone would benefit from that, not just player one.
there are short cuts around the map. i personally dont see a problem with the map design. different grass texture, details, ETC. the scenario doesnt even need instructions. its self explanatory, even the title say it all "Horse Race". about the map having different paths and getting lost, is simply not true. in the beginning, there are some different paths, but not long and separate from eachother. it would take a normal person less than 30 seconds to get that part through.. i think you did went a little low on this review
