I know there a bugs. just look how many i found! if you found bugs different from the ones i listed, then tell me so i can fix them when i update the scenario. i think there is enough eyecandy. i dont know what you are talking about. i highly detailed the scenario with some well putted nature objects, forest and water. did you saw the buildings facing different directions with details like rugs, pots, markets stalls? did you saw the terrain painted with different colors, mountains, elevation? did you saw the many different units, and objects i used? well, all of that is called eyecandy which was included on the scneario.
and the comment you said about instructions/story doesnt have to do with the way i wrote the objectives, hints, or spotlight. the comment you gave me on instructions/story was supposed to go on creativity. and i know i had kind of little creativity using the idea of weaking up the guardian. you should re-edit your comment on Story/Instructions because it doesnt have anything to do with it.
thanx for the rating. if you find any other bugs other than the ones i listed, tell me so i can fix them when i release the updated version.
The Bard, can you tell me what bugs or problems are found other than the ones i listed? but please dont review it yet. i would like you to review it as soon as i release the updated version. I really dont want to update it when there are still bugs and problems.

I am not in anyway insulting the scen/designer by writing this. But i believe that the review given to this scenario was not conclusive/explanetry enough. Im sure the scenario is amazing and completly worthy of a 4.6, but i don't think one sentense per catagory is enough. Too many people think they can just dish out good/bad reviews without explaning why.
Rant over. |

Godds Themselves, did you put the songs on the taunt list of aom? did you erased your own rating?
the scneario rating just depends on the person who rates it and what it contains. you are right though. neverrush should edit his review. there were two reviews and the second review was erased.
maybe cheezy is letting the rating stay.....for now......

Again it comes back to how much do you want to put in a review without letting the reader know too much about the scenario that they are going to play. All I hope for with my pithy "reviews" (maybe they should be entitled "first impressions after a win") is to give the person who spent so much time on the scenario some good feedback, and if somebody happens to read my review they may recognize what I was saying AFTER they've played the scenario but not before.
You will notice that I have never given a rating below 4. That's because some scenarios below that are not even worth a comment; if the scenario maker didn't spend too much time on it, why should I? |

you should have given more details on the review. even if EazY_Ben hadnt noticed and told about it, the rating would had been erased later on by cheezy or other angels.

even if you are willing to give a review to the worst scenario, you should review it as equal as the best scenario even if the maker didnt spend a lot of time making it.
I dont know how you can say that about myscenario when i spended over a month and one week and a half designing the map, triggers, cinematic, and trying to find suitable zelda music for the scenario and ambient sounds.[Edited on 01/15/04 @ 08:22 AM]

So you think the worst scenario and the best senario should be reviewed equally?(Meaning the amount of time spent on the review) Or do you mean they should be given roughly the same number of words. Because I usually have a lot more to say about a scenario full of bugs than one that runs smoothly. And if the scenario is a random map with the author putting in a few extra trees how much do you think there will be to say about it?[Edited on 01/15/04 @ 01:00 PM]
