Well, I hosted a game on ESO called 2v2 Noobs, with a random map and the setting at 'Conquest.' The room then proceeded to fill up with more new people who then allied to each other. 4 people were present, and the game commenced.

I started off in the lower corner of the map, playing as Kronos the Atlantean. I had planned to use Kronos's time shift to bring my temple over to an enemies base and destroy him by killing his villagers and then proceeding with my Behemoth once I reached Heroic to kill his TC, therefore ending his small part in the game.
So, I built up my villagers, messed up every other second by tasking them wrong, and went out of Archaic into Classical in around 4 minutes. I then messed up some more, since I realized I had not built a dock. When I built a dock, I proceeded to press the button, and messed up and built transport ships, which I did not notice for around five minutes. During all of this, I had time shifted my base to the cian enemy, at the top corner of the map. I built around five Prometheans, and went into his base to try and kill some vils. I, however, had overlooked the fact that he was Norse, and also I did not correctly attack him, so soon I had no army, and he had all his vils minus an Ulf or three. I immediately time-shifted a barracks and pumped out some more Prometheans and Murmillos.
Now, during all of this, my villagers were being odd and not obeying me. Therefore, I was working on a minimum budget. But I think that they survived somehow. For a while.
Back at the base, I was repeatedly attacked and killed by various units, mostly Ulfs and Hersirs, and even Cian's ally Green pulled in some Raiding Cavalry, so my singular barracks, two Temples, and two counter's were kept busy. In a lull in the fighting I worked up a force, and with the help of my red ally, proceeded to delete them all by sending them into the base of my enemy. This failed. My Behemoth I had gotten from going to heroic died before even reaching the TC.
Around this point I noticed my lack of farms and food from my non-existent fishing ships. This was remedied. As were my sparse gold mines.
Now, it turned out that behind my forward base was a TC, and green had built it. He was pumping raiding cavalry into my flank. I very quickly went into Cian's base with my small army, and some how took control of his healing spring, and then used Implode to kill off his TC. He resigned. Poor chap.
Now that he was resigned, I was in a fix. Red had done absolutely nothing for me whatsoever but sheltered under my dominant wing, and sent some soldiers who were frozen by the Frost god power. And green was steadily pumping hersirs, TA's, and RC's into the flank of my forward base. So I worked up everything I could, built a Palace, some barracks, and a ten-minute melee battle ensued, where no one won anything and every one was killed. Eventually however, I realized that my gold mines had run out. It seems I need to work on my economic skills.
So I got six Vil's together, and proceeded into the center of the map, only to find around 15 dwarves belonging to Green. Then the real war began. I failed, and all my men died.
But! I had gold from another operation, and I built some llama's quickly. After messaging Red for help, he came over with a massive army and helped my kill green's nasty TC that had been threatening me. Then we proceeded (I with my small army due to lack of gold and he with his huge one due to lack of effort) to go into Green's base. Within minutes he resigned.
So: I am a horrible miserable failure of a player. I am going to see if I can post my recorded game on this site and leave it here. I really need help: if anyone has any tips, please say them.
