Well, I looked through the RPG's floating around ESO, and I didn't really see any competitive ones. I figured, hey, why not give it a try. This idea is actually from Enrique Orduno's AoK scenario "Running Man," (which is fantastic if you play AoK) though with slightly different twists. So without any more rambling from me...
/ Running Man //
In this scenario, player one, the Running Man, is released in a land of many terrains in an attempt to flee from the merciless Hunter, player two. But they are not alone in this land... there are Natives, too. One tribe, player three, has sided with the Hunter, and will build walls and towers to catch and scout for the Running Man. The other tribe, player four, aids the Running Man by building walls and towers to block or scout for the Hunter.

Some Additional Notes...
-> This scenario can be played by two or four people. If only two play, have the two natives out. Of course, you can also have just one native play.
-> The Running Man gets a shockwave and two Gaia's forest powers to help him. The Hunter gets a spider lair, a spy, a forest fire, and a restoration to use as he wishes.
-> There are four parts of the map divided by cliffs or rivers. One part, where the Hunter starts, is the mountains. Two other parts are the caves and the desert. The Running Man starts in the meadow, which shares its corner with an oak forest and the Garden of the Hours, a mysterious, empty garden.
-> Signal flares fire up to the enemy when either the RM or the Hunter crosses a specific area. This signals a general direction where the RM or Hunter is to the person they're playing against.
-> Walling the RM in to protect him is useless, as the Hunter is a throwing axeman, and will shoot over any walls. If the wall-building option becomes a problem, I'll update it and take it out.
-> Use communication between your team! Use the signals, the chat, whatever, to scout the other team. This prevents you from running smack into defeat.
-> You should play in low quality graphics, or your game may lag so much it will hurt. :)

Misc...
Don't try to steal this scenario and call it your own.
If you want to edit it and make some updates, feel free, but be sure you give me at least partial credit. I'd prefer if you just mention what I should change here, and I could do it myself, though.
This scenario doesn't have a lot of things to make it lag, so slower computers shouldn't be bad off.

-Fixed Hunter/Running Man speeds so axes/spiders actually work.
Well, that's about it. Happy running! |
