AoM: The Titans |
Brothers of Gondor: A Boromir/Faramir Modpack!
~A project of Woad Creations, by member Waveslave~
v1.0 includes-
~Two photo realistic textures of Boromir and Faramir, capturing their likeliness perfectly
~New sounds for the brave warriors
~Boosted stats for realistic combat
~Four new icons, 32 and 64
~A history for each unit
v1.0 does NOT contain an auto-installer, for the sake of Mac Users, but I organized the files in folders for easy installation.
Suggest something, and I may use it in v1.5!
Comments and Reviews will be greatly appreciated. But please, before asking for help, read the readme and various modding guides out there, and most likely you will find your answer. |

This is what happens to me all the time, sometimes when you have new units in the game, the last unit in the proto(x) make everything turn into them.Just ignore it. |

Wow, nice part on texture, what did you use for the resolution?
Additional Comments:
Great work, sheesh, even though you use arcus's as a base unit for about all your archers, it looks GREAT! |

Alright, thanks Knight. Waveslave, these are great! Just as good, if not better than Gandalf the White. |

Great one. Loved it.
Just don't put any auto installer. I'm no Mac user but my protox.xml file is already modded by me and other mod I downloaded while I want to keep as many unit as possible, so copying the new unit's proto there is much better than that autoinstaller. |

Same here, and I like knowing what files are going where by manually doing it instead of auto-installing.
Any more reviews, anyone? |

I haven't downloaded it (my Titans is down), but by the screenshots they look awesome! One question: Why don't they have "Hero glow"? |

An auto installer would be good. And you could put the files like with the installer so others that dont like using installers can use it
How do you create textures to create icons?

Very good. Liked the sound Effects. Maybe some slightly better detailed charaters would have been nice, but even so, this is definately still a 5.0.
Additional Comments:
P.S. Keep up these "Lord Of the Rings" Mods you are very good at them, and I really enjoy seeing them. |

I'm sorry if I ruined your 5 rating, but I didn't really think it was as good as your other mods. Faramir looks kinda funny to me. And shouldn't he be a hero? I think Boromir was done alright but the textures were kind of blured and you can't see his face clearly. If you make Borirmir really big, then the face would look like the guy from LOTR. And I think you should give a cape for boromir.
Additional Comments:
Keep on working on it. i think the History wasn't too detailed/[Edited on 08/27/04 @ 08:41 AM]
