Wow, I have gotten much more downloads then I had originally planed!
I'm making the second instalment of this campaign as we speak and it will be ready in less then a month’s time.
For those of you who enjoyed this, please take a little time to rate this. Or even if you don't do a full review just put down a few points of what you liked/disliked please. [Edited on 01/17/03 @ 09:55 PM]

Lol!
These are some funny reviews/comments please explain a bit more on what you liked/disliked please.
And how is this almost impossible to play?
I admit its a bit hard but, if you get the idea of it you should had no problems getting to the end.
I think its different then any scenario I have ever downloaded from this site.
Please be more specific, I need to improve. |

Playability: 5
Playability was fine.Didn't find any problems while playing.
Balance: 4
Generally well balanced. Not easy to win.I found that good.I had to use Amanra's abillity to jump and the Collosus' abillity to eat trees in order to reach some obelisks.I think the scorpionsmen's level is too hard too pass though.
Creativity: 5
It sure is creative.Simple but creative.
Map Design: 4
Nice map design.Nothing special though.
Story/Instructions: 3
You could have some sort of longer and better intro. A cinematic maybe.
Additional Comments:
I found it fun to play. And that is what matters anyway.I will sure download your next scenario :).

Yes, the review I was waiting for!
For some who found this boring and too hard I fixed some things on the map and added some more evens/story to it.
I plan to release it when I release the 2nd part to this.
Thanks for playing![Edited on 01/17/03 @ 06:32 PM]

Very playable, story, and map barriers did not stop anything and the gameplay and battles were flowing as you moved along. This is that type of scenario that requires little instructions, and are easily playable.
Balance: 4
It is balanced nicely, but your ally gets dumb towards the end and dies, even with the anubites. (I think I noticed that Ajax isn't the SPC hero, so he doesn't heal, but I could be wrong.)
Creativity: 3
This, along with the story and instructions are the places where this lacked. It doesn't bear alot of creativity, besides the map design. I would suggest making more of a story, no matter how simple it may be, but this just follows he lines of the 'break out of jail and kill everyone' format, which is good, but I'm not a giant fan of that.
Map Design: 4
Map design was good, and the best part of this was the blending of terrains to make it flow. But in my opinion it would be better if you could make some use of the bare space in the beginning jail.
Story/Instructions: 3
The first time I played this I missed the chat about destroying the obelisks, needless to say I lost that try, but after that I found it easy to play, but there were no instructions and minimal story.
Additional Comments:
This review is probably biased, because I really enjoy campaigns with an extravagantly large ammount of time put into the story (or just made to seem like it),but I can see that you are good at triggers and map design, but for your next campaign/scenario, I would suggest a bit more story (but it's not like you have to please me, do you?)[Edited on 01/19/03 @ 08:11 PM]

[EDIT]
Playability: 3
It was playable...thats about all it was good for...Exetremely easy to play, no brain kind of game...But you need to slow down on some of the messages
Balance: 2
It was so easy it wasn't even funny...Exetremely EXETREMELY easy, the scorpion part that some people have said it was hard...well, that was very easy...just drag them out and use your collosus...
Creativity: 1
I could have thought up a better plot on the toilet =
Well not very creative...maybe the map, but I only vote on creative thought, like story...plot etc. I guess it wouldn't fall under creativity...
Map Design: 1
HORRIBLE, and i mean HORRIBLE lay out for a map...wasn't real enough for me...Where do you get, lush beautiful forests, to deserts? *sigh*
Not a very realistic map, I never seen anywhere geographicaly that goes from a lush vibrant forest, to a desert...Pine trees don't grow well in sand...
Story/Instructions: 1
No story really, no instructions...If you could call that blur instructions or a story...The map was poorly laid out...sorry but it really was, to be very honest, I don't think that the story took you more then 15 minutes...Work on a more complex and compelling story, and I might play it...Another hint of advice...
Learn to use sentences...And...Spell correctly, nothing makes me more upset when I see a map with spelling errors, or some crap like "hey we gotta get out of here"
Try this..."Hey, we have to get out of here!" That sounds a little better try using full punctation etc. It looks a little more intelligent, and I can read it, and almost taste the words as they are read...That is what drives me to play...Some games I LITERALY get bored of it...but I keep playing because the story is so addictive...Work on an addictive story. Something that will make us think. "Oh my god what is going to happen next?!" Like when your under a blanket reading a good book, that would draw me to play, i'm sure the rest of the intelectuals will agree...but i'm sure those who hate reading will not ;)
Additional Comments:
Work on the story...thats your weakest point...[Edited on 02/12/03 @ 10:31 PM]
