Maybe too "Xtreme"; the AI cannot handle it very well and I cannot imagine any human wanting to trade resources that much in a multiplayer game. You might consider adding starting gold, wood and/or food; just to get the players going enough to set up a caravan and deal with the bandits(farPredators) or decrease the number of bandits.
The forts still don't always place; move the "min/maxDistance(myFort" lines up two lines to right after the "int myFort = " line: not in the if statement where they are which only works for the first fort type.

The computer did fine when I playtested the map, except for my allies. (I think I know the problem: the computer was Egyptian which uses no wood) oh well.
