Installation is simple...
Copy paste all files into the respected folder they are in. For example, "trojan rabbit icon"
and "trojan rabbit icon 64" are in the folder Trojan RabbitTextureIcon...this means copy paste both
"trojan rabbit icon" and "trojan rabbit icon 64" into the the Age of Mythology directoryTextureIcon...
Installation for protox is as followed...copy the content of the protox.txt file at the bottom
(between </unit> and </proto>) of the the protox.xml file and dont forget to change the unit ID
to be one more the last unit in the protox.xml...If you have no idea what I'm talking about, ask someone else.
Have fun and if you use the Trojan Rabbit in a scenario please give me credit...

I made the unit able to garrison other units , fixed the sound problem, and gave it a very long decay rate. |

Yeah I got 1st download, I like it, it looks pretty good. Instructions could be a bit better but I don't really care. Also im not sure how accurate your history is but it's still funny.
A new dll would make it better, but it's pretty good, well put together mod and fairly orignal.

Nice one. Very creative, although not perfect. A few hints:
-The sound doesn't work. You have to distribute the XML file with the mod, not the XMB.
-The unit has neither a shadow nor a selection circle. Learn how to add that here:

-Pink eyes? Well...
-The texture is a little bit too blurred IMO.
-The icon didn't work, although I copied it in the right place according to the readme.
-The corpse decays too fast, you should add a delay (or a decay time, if that exists, you'd have to look for sth suitable in the protox).
-It can't take up units.
-In general, the proto text could be a bit more elaborate and more creative.
-One could add a new language.dll (but I personally don't need it).
-The model is really nice, but a bit too large IMO.
These were some minor things that you could improve. But it's still a very nice mod, very creative and maybe even usable for a scn ;).

It has purple eyes becuase the Mod is based off of the trojan rabbit in Monty Python and the Holy Grail... which has purple eyes...
I didn't add a shadow because it doesn't move when the unit dies.[Edited on 07/14/04 @ 12:02 PM]

Lol, this is awesome, I like it alot. Good work with this history and everything. That stuff really finishes it. Great job. I love the purple eyes. Good modeling.

How do you make new units? I have always wanted to and when I saw this I almost died in saddness. I was going to make something like this but breaths fire out of its but(lol) So can someone tell me how? |
