The map is very nice. It is simple yet fun. It adds a new element to the battle. You must fight to both, protect your plenty vauts and to defeate your opponent. The map is easily navigable so you don't get caught in places. Very good job! |

Do you mean the mount olympus of the campain doesn't feature any snow?
If so, I wasn't trying to mimic the campain's version, so that doesn't bother me so much. This is a ficticious Mount Olympus, so i can form it to my own concepts.
Thank you for the post. |

This is among the best random maps I have played yet, counting both its detail, creativity and playability. The Mount Olympus landscape is simply dreamy, and the spread Vortexes are very effectful, enforcing the beauty of the RM. It's easy to play on, and it grants enough resources to all players. Something nice is that it's not blocked in any particular way, making transportation of villagers and troops easy. Even better, it loaded quickly, and it loaded perfectly - I discovered no randomizing errors.
The creativity is astounding - a lot of Plenty Vaults scattered over the whole map, with Gaia Shades defending every single of them. By gaining control of one of them, you win a bounty of resources. I really like that idea. The map design isn't bad either, about at the ES level which is all I usually crave from a random map script. The Vortexes, as said earlier, gave a really nice touch and instantly bettered the impression I got. Trees and rocks blended in with the terrain, making the whole map look great.
There was one thing I missed, though. Small ponds would have been a great addition - unless if changing the terrain below is impossible. If it is possible, though, you should really consider it, because if done right, pools always better the looks of any map. It's not crucial or anything, so thus I didn't count it in the rating.

Great work on this one, Hand of Zeus. I would really like to see more random maps from you.
