In this scenario you have an old man unit which you can use to buy units/myth units, and unit/myth technologies. After you buy the units you can start creating them. The units get created near your Hillfort. Send the units through the growing forest to attack the enemies Hillfort. Constantly try to counter the opponents units. (Check the "Unit Info" readme file to know how to counter units) Player 3 is AI. Player 4 should be an Isis AI.
Also each civilization has different bonuses.

A sample of 1 out of the 12 civs is:
(Academic Training) Bonus 1. Your Infantry have more hitpoints.
(Japanese Ally) Bonus 2. You can hire a "Samurai" (Costs 25 wood) which takes up 20
population. Use this unit to destroy anything. But try not to send it out by itself.
Also, as the unit dies it gains more experience so the next time you hire it, it will be
stronger. The Samurai has a "tag" next to its name after it gains experience that
tells its rank, an example [Tas Woy (veteran)]. All in all, there are 5 different
levels of experience it can gain. if it dies it takes 140 seconds to rehire it.
(Venomize Food Supply) Bonus 3. When 3 or more Scorpions are somewhat close to the enemies
Hillfort, the enemy starts losing food.
(Spear Arrows) Bonus 4. Your Hillfort has a 5x bonus vs cavalry.
(Bravery) Bonus 5. Your Infantry have a + .1 bonus vs Myth Units.
