This file contains 31 new conditions and 90 new effects for TT (Expansion "The Titans"), which are additionally available for a TT scenario (scx). They are saved in a scenario, so that these are always implemented (even if this SNXT file is not installed).
For AoM exists 25 new conditions and 64 new effects.
GAIA is selectable at all respective triggers.
All triggers with an object selection are also present as "By Name" triggers, you can write in the object-info name or the scen-name of a new created object.
Important New Effects in SNXT 3:
++Camera Cut Object: With loop the camera will trace the selected object. "Disable Trigger" set the loop off. So You can trace an unit without a Camera Track.
++Scale Units: one can scale up/down units in the game
Some examples of New Effects:
"Army Immediate Garrison"
"Army Change Name" => change the names of all units of an army
"Army Damage"=> damage all units of an army
"Army Set Current HP": =>This can be used to heal or restory the army, or to damage buildings or units in an army.
"Unit Set Stance": =>A selected single unit will change their stance.
"Units Create Multi" (by TwentyOneScore): =>Modification of the effect "Unit Create Multi", effect without the Original`s bug (the original effect doesn`t work).
"Set Water": => cover the terrain with water, you can flood the map ingame
also included the NEWTRIGGER by Enrique Orduno "Set Current HP"
also included the XS USER DEFINED conditions and effects by TwentyOneScore
also included Oddy's QV (Quest Var) Effects/Conditions.

If I make a scen using your conditions or effects, will this scen be playable by someone who has not downloaded the conditions and effects?
EDIT: In answer to my own question, yes, it will be playable. New conditions and effects are saved in the scx file with the scenario itself.[Edited on 07/17/05 @ 02:41 PM]

there's not much to write about this, except that it makes trigger work much easier with the added effects.
I use many of them in my scenarios and I hope that Reyk will add more.

I installed it, checked the /trigger folder, checked the .xml file, even reinstalled it but the new triggers don't appear in the editor! :-( what should I do?[Edited on 07/28/05 @ 12:37 PM]

( Everything I needed... almost. And also some of these triggers are a perfect way around to replace important triggers we can't use on a Mac, like one of the most important: set tech status for example. )
Additional Comments:
On top of it, like for most of reyk's work, it just works fine on a Mac and pretty easy to install.

What do I have to do besides download it and double click on the Install wizard and follow the steps? I dont get what it says to do in the Readme, and it isnt working. |
