Version: AoM: The Titans
This mod adds a new set of models, new texture and new anim for the Treebeard character in my earlier LOTR CivPack. Included are autoinstaller, instructions and screenshot. This is my first attempt at modelling so I would appreciate any constructive feedback.

Thanks to eXtincion for the great guide.

Thanks for the rating. Sorry about the creativity, I sort of see this whole thing as just one big mod and having started it I would like to get it right (or at least as good as I can get it). Once I create the buildings, come up with some more interesting god powers and tidy up a few characters I am still not happy with I will call it quits.

clobberman OK m8 I am sure one day somebody will start on some new mod such as: star trek, WWI, stargate or even Jurassic park but no YOU ALL HAVE TO DO DAMN LOTR JUST COZ ITS SUPPOSED TO BE SET IN OLDEN TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Clobberman: Sorry we can't satisfy you, but if you look on the bright side, the fact that we are all so un-original, means you have no competition, so post and receive the acolades :o

However, as a slight correction, of the major mods I am aware of they are not ALL lotr. I am doing mine for very specific reasons (kids). EXtinction's I-39, is a very creative take on Juraissic Park, but takes the limitations of the game into account.

And yes a lot of the other WIP's are mythology based but that is the nature of the game (it is a very land based, structured army game).

I would be happy to participate in a StarWars or other sci-fi mod if YOU would like to take charge of the clan, but to make it work WE would really need to figure out ways to overcome the arial limitations of AoM:TT.

However if you are game to put in the effort, I am more than happy to help.

Cheers M8!

echowinds It's not as bad as that, Celer. Consider that some other not-so-good mods got like 5s.
Celer I know it's not that bad, but if Stephen Caines is doing the mod, I usually see great products.

Boy talk about raised expectations!

I take your comments on treebeard, I only had a photo to go by, and it looked as though the branches were coming out of his head.

Watched the movie the other day and now realise they actually come out of his back.

Oh well another item for the to do list.
Hans1992 Whoah, clobberman..Jurrasic Park?? I'd like it but what models will u use, I'd like to see sum1 do that
I'm not offending any modders I'm just saying that clobberman has big intentions, I just found out eXtinction has done it...I speak to soon..
now im just confused

superadamwo Hey stephen I don't know about you but I think that a cool lotr god power would be (you think of the name).and this god power makes a target creature ge obesessed with the ring, and makes it follow you every where and protect you.(I'm not sure if that's a very good idea, but I'm a little pressed for time here so I haven't had time to think. If you give me your e mail address I'll send you a message every time I get a new idea for your civilization.(I have good ideas,I just can't make them happen!)

Superadamwo: Thanks for the suggestion.

It's a great idea, particularly given that I still haven't incorporated Gollum (and really should).

I am not sure how it would work, but in theory it should be possible to convert a unit and then inforce a guard formation on it.

The individual commands are there, I will just need to figure out the syntax.
