Legacy of the Titans
Story:

Legacy of the Titans starts at a time when Zeus is only fifteen. Kronos orders his servants to burry a weapon of his, for he anticipated Zeus would once overpower him. Would Kronos get his weapon back, then he would be able to defeat Zeus and take control over the world again. Ironically enough, the forfathers of Zelios have built their city on top of that weapon. They are favored by Zeus, and Zelios finds his city under attack by bandits. He goes to a theocrat, who tells him that the bandits are lead by three generals, and that they are after the weapon of Kronos..... They are the servants of Poseidon.....
It is up to Zelios to make sure Kronos can never Return to earth again....

Playability: 5
This was extemely playable. No obvious bugs, and no time was spent simply waiting for something to happen. There was a good balance of different types of scenarios as well. One minor point - I fealt that some the the scenarios (especially the last one) were too short

Balance: 4
It was mostly well balanced, nothing far too easy and nothing far to hard, but overall it was a little to easy. Another problame was that you could just bolt the generals as soon as you saw them.

Creativity: 4
The idea for this campain, as far as I know, is completely new and original. However, a LOT of ideas were taken from the orignal two campains. The reason why creativity gets a 4 still is that they were brilliantly adapted for the scenario and stuff like the sphinx's riddles were added.

Map Design: 4
Everything was well placed, there was a good amount of eyecandy, nothing screamed out at you saying "how come that goes there". However, I felt that there was not quite enough eyecandy.

Story/Instructions: 5
There was and instruction and a hint for almost every task. The spotlight section was also filled in, but it sometimes had rather random articles, such as the one on the petast, were the enemy trained no petasts and did not use more archers than infantry of cav. However, it was obvious that the utmost care was taken to make sure the player never got stuck or did not know what to do.

Additional Comments:
A brilliant campain, showing obvious tallent. Well Done!
Guardian Of Isis 4.4? Unreal! I'd give this a 3.0-3.5, but no more, or less. I'm just too lazy to give a review. :D

CaveTown I think it deserves that 4.4 :p

aom lover im having trouble installing it ive looked at the "read me" 100 times i just dont know where to go to get to it when im at the main menu of Age of Mythology the titans. can someone help me?
Guardian Of Isis Where to go to PLAY the campaign? Once you've installed everything in the correct place, select in the Main Menu of AoM:

- Campaign, AOM Campaign |or| Titans Campaign, then go to the upper left of the screen, select the scroll and select the campaign Legacy of the Titans. Select the prologue, choose a difficulty and press Start.
CaveTown Edit: Nevermind

wakain about the sphinxes bein unrealistic(page 4 or 5)it weren't the sphinxes,I don't really know what it was, however,it weren't the sphinxes itself but something like getting an army for a question answered good.
but I don't know exactely what it was, something like that.
KeJi Here’s a message from James Right, I had to tell this because his account has been banned.
Dax105:

The fact, dax105, that you have rated my campaign (in my opinion, anyway,) low, upset me because most things you claim are just false or no reason to give a score as low as you did. For example:

* You claim that the goodies layed out were nice but hardly necessary. You say this, but at the exact same time you give mapdesign a 2, for saying you have seen much better. This makes no sense to me whatsoever.

* "There was also the issue of just bolting the super general the second you saw him" - This is just a false claim, simply because you could not just bolt him, there were Berry Bushes (Small Hesperide Trees) that prevent you from invoking ANY godpower at that particulair site!

* "I'm not sure if it's something on my side, but I found this campaign to be a major pushover." - Dax, perhaps you are a very talented AOM player, but if you think of it as 'easy', try a harder mode. I have heared plenty of comments that say it was very well balanced, not a reason to get a 2 score for.

* "Although after seeing RotN I've definitely seen the true possibilities" - Well, this campaign is not so fairytail like as Ring of the Nibelungen. In my campaign, the scenario mapdesign is generally the same as in the normal AOM campaigns.

* "It's almost all build and destroy and it quickly grows thin after scenario 3." - What does it matter if it's all build and destroy? The levels in the campaign (if you follow the story) offered little alternatives. Besides, Age of Empires, Age of Mythology, what do they all have in common? Right. They are all largely based on fighting, building, destroying.

* " It quickly falls into Cliff Mania and some places water was just placed because the author couldn't seem to put anything else." - Wrong again, Dax105. It may be true what you say, that some of the maps contain a reasonable amount of cliffs, but what is wrong with that? You should judge the landscape you play upon rather than the remaing cliffs. In addition to that, if you play the campaign normally you don't even see most of the cliffs! So you have to have been cheating.

* “The instructions and spotlight were perfect and I have no qualms with that.” For once you are right. This may be the one true thing you claim in your entire review. However, the following line is again completely wrong:

“Although the story is somewhat lacking. And I still don't get why you called it "Legacy of the Titans" when the only tie in was Kronos burying something. It's actually quite misleading. Any real plot twists or surprises are more or less summed up in your description so there's nothing to say.”
- I must say, you can actually be right about this. It would have been best if I would have called it Legacy of the Titan, because it concerns just one of the Titans.(Kronos, and the Legacy is his sword, obviously). But that is just a detail for which you should not give minus two points! (Grade: 3). Now, you’re first reaction would, I suppose, be: well, I gave a 3 rating not just for the name of the campaign, but I have also taken into account the story itself!
This, however, is quite strange to me. The story was just good. I mean – I cannot force you or anyone to like it, but the plot was good, nothing was too much betrayed by watching te prologue or so – and in addition to that my summary does not say how it ends, and I find that no real surprises have been revealed.

* “Almost 3 megs are taken up by the music. I'm confused since the music is used maybe once for one easily replacible scene”
Well, you are right. Yes, the music does take up quite a large portion of the dwonloadsize. However, new music, I believe, is something else for a change. I was slightly fed up with always using the same defaultmusic. Besides, you say it has only been used once. CORRECT! The Vandhaal was being blamed in his campaign that he used the music too often, which he did. But I chose not to do it to avoid a comment like that. Using music often is both annoying and boring, so that’s why it has only been used once.

I have one additional comment, which is that I am at least glad that you are sorry for your opening scentence in your initial review. If you still leave your review, than I will leave my comment, which says that you have written this wortheless review because you are jealous of Legacy of the Titans. If you remove the review then I shall remove that claim of mine.
I would have reacted to this much earlier, if Kumar Shah hadn’t banned me because he thought I smurfed, and by so doing, given my own scenario a 5 rating, but as I have already told a lot of people I often use a public computer, so that review was not mine but someone elses!

KeJi Just great, I agree with any review above 4.0 here. :P
