I've seen worse, but then again I've seen better. All you really had to do was gather resources with your villies and send every hero possible over to combat the Mountain Giants. I found myself waiting impatiently for the next round to arrive, which took frustratingly long in some cases. I was pleasantly surprised when the Fire Giants arrived, though, I hadn't been expecting them.
It was much too easy. All you had to do was send Arkantos to where the giants appeared and send over other heroes to reinforce him. Plus, you got about five Restoration god powers, so after each Giant attack everybody was back to normal instantly. The giants never actually went for the Hermankil clan's wonder, which you were not allowed to let destroy, and they always appeared at the same place.
Ok, so I haven't seen this sort of stuff done much before. Maybe that's because it's a bit boring :p! The attacking Giants came in identical waves at identical intervals, with one exception.
(sorry for short comment; I don't like rating creativity)
Map Design: 4
Nius_Myth's best category is this. The map is obviously not a slightly edited random map, but rather an original creation. The Hermankil town looks OK, a bit too spread out for my taste. There were some eye candies like small temples and islands. However, it was a very small map. The Heaven Gardens cinematic looked pretty good, it was a bit to short though.
The story shows promise to be a gripping one, but the instructions are not quite as fulfilling. First of all, wakain is right. Age of Mythology Heaven is a website for AoM fans of all ages, and using f-ck is definitely inappropriate, plus, I got in trouble with my parents :p. The instructions are a bit vague, I'm afraid. First it tells me to kill the giants, OK, then it tells me to build a TC. After the TC's up, nothing happens, except for a timer comes on with: Giant will resign in: 25:00. It doesn't say WHY the giants are resigning, or what to do. When the giants appeared at the edge of the forest, it became clear, though.
Additional Comments: The Journey is a promising-looking campaign which could become quite popular, but some things certainly need to be fixed. Good attempt, Nius_Myth!
