CF9 - Lost [v1]

Author File Description

File Details
# of Players: 7
Version: AoM: The Titans
I had originaly lost the scenario but i managed to get it back, slightly edited though. I fixed some Music Issues. Now the Scenario is in its Prime!

UPDATE: New name and added fog, bigger horseman LOS, and longer time limit, and i fixed the trees so there are more hiding spots and less "clumps" of trees. Horseman gets a Vision every minute, and introductory directions are now given.

On ESO, you like went idle and wouldn't click in and I whispered you and you seemed to ignore it. Why?

Playability: 3
The game didn't have any bugs I was aware of. The only problem is that it's not very fun to simply chase and/or be chased. The spooky theme adds an extra playability point because things are tense for the runners.

Balance: 2
The runners are at a large advantage. If they split up, the headless horseman won't stand a chance at getting them before 10 mins is up. A good solution would be giving the horseman longer time.

Creativity: 3
I have seen a Halloween Run scenario before, knocking this to 4. This map is also that of Werewolf Run, knocking this down to three. OK, but it would be cooler if the map was of your own design.

Map Design: 2
Really, the south corner was the only part with any eyecandy. I was expecting maybe some scary visuals. This could have really been improved, and although less eyecandy = less lag, you need at least some to make the map look any good.

Story/Instructions: 5
The headless hunter thing counts as the story. The instructions are pretty clear. I see nothing to mark down on in this area.

Additional Comments:
As I'm starting to do, I usually point out the highs and lows of the scenario at the end, so here goes, things you should improve on is:

-Eyecandy
-Balancing for all players

Things that were done well were...

-Instructions
-"Emotional Impact," like feeling a little scared if you're the runner.

Good job on the map!

if you play the werewolf run you will notice that it says it uses the Halloween run forest...i have had this map out on eso for quite a while just never bothered to put it up here, so it IS my own design, if you dont believe me open up the objectives in werewolf run it should say something about cOldFuSiOn_90...
MaD_MuNkY = cOldFuSiOn_90

it was my old alias

and i will work on balancing the gameplay more..i think i will add a larger LOS for the horseman and maybe more time, i will try to add some eyecandy also, maybe fog

any other suggestions for eyecandy or any thing else would be greatly appreciated!

gummyWorm One thing that I think would make awesome eyecandy: Tamarisk roots in a dark fog.
Wolfenheim Just an offtopic question: Where could I get Werewolf Run?

get AIM or something and ill send it to you
felldragon Hey I just posted a texture mod the daybefore my comments here. Its for contarias hero and it makes him transparent and have no head it also changes his shield and the like. You should add it when it shows up... P.S. The map sounds great!
