I had originaly lost the scenario but i managed to get it back, slightly edited though. I fixed some Music Issues. Now the Scenario is in its Prime!
UPDATE: New name and added fog, bigger horseman LOS, and longer time limit, and i fixed the trees so there are more hiding spots and less "clumps" of trees. Horseman gets a Vision every minute, and introductory directions are now given.
The game didn't have any bugs I was aware of. The only problem is that it's not very fun to simply chase and/or be chased. The spooky theme adds an extra playability point because things are tense for the runners.
The runners are at a large advantage. If they split up, the headless horseman won't stand a chance at getting them before 10 mins is up. A good solution would be giving the horseman longer time.
I have seen a Halloween Run scenario before, knocking this to 4. This map is also that of Werewolf Run, knocking this down to three. OK, but it would be cooler if the map was of your own design.

Really, the south corner was the only part with any eyecandy. I was expecting maybe some scary visuals. This could have really been improved, and although less eyecandy = less lag, you need at least some to make the map look any good.
The headless hunter thing counts as the story. The instructions are pretty clear. I see nothing to mark down on in this area.
As I'm starting to do, I usually point out the highs and lows of the scenario at the end, so here goes, things you should improve on is:
-Balancing for all players
