...Or what was meant to be a campaign. Over the last year or so several projects on
AoM have been halted due to my computer being crap and having to be wiped and then
rebooted. This time (the third time) i have managed to save a couple of maps and stuff
on a backup disk. Unfortunatley there was more a lot more. so, starting last night i
have pieced together pieces of the campaign that I remember. (there is quite a bit,
but it would help if i had the original maps to relate this all to)
I do not want to make this long-winded, but it is a good idea for a campaign and in a
last attempt to revive this campaign plot i have created this file for someone else to
pick up and carry on, hopefully. i however have had enough of even trying. i can not be
bothered with the designing of a campaign almost from scratch all over again.
this is what the original list of scenarios were called (as far as i remember!)
The Fifth Realm: Luindorn
Prologue - An Island Away
Part 1 - A Secret Forgotten (Isengrim(Arkantos), Patroclus(Ajax) and army travel to the
island of Navin only to find that Circe has taken ove the island...)
Part 2 - The Tree City (Isengrim, Patroclus and army move inland again to Luine (The Tree City)
hoping that the narrow victory over Circe can all be put behind them only to find that
there is a much greater evil at hand, people act strangely and now rumblings underground
can be heard put fear into the hearts of everyone.)
Part 3 - Mysterious Revelations (The discovery of what is causing the evil leads the group
to the Eleron and its dark Ravine in the north.)
Part 4 - The Passing of Isengrim (Attack on the 'big' evil in luindorn brings the outcome
of Isengrims death. without a leader the attack fails and the evil disperses. but
Patroclus is hell bent on avenging his dead masters life.)
Part 5 - Cinematic (of the funeral and cremation of Isengrim. Patroclus swears revenge.)
Part 6 - ? (this is as far as i had really gotten. the ideas was to travel to another city
in the west of luindorn and somejow face the enemy.)
thanks for reading. if you do decide to create a campaign or scenario or whatever out of
this then please can you write in the credits or whatever... "Concept written by Isengrim" .
.. or something along those lines...
by the way, this zip file contains an actual finished 'prologue' to the campaign. so there is something substantial to actually download, plus some screenshots.
please download and watch the cinematic... you might like it...

The texture isn't great...You should of made something really good on the island instead of just a fortress, that definately would of went down well...
It sort of jumps into things...I don't think there's anybody in the world that likes that...You need a good opening not a flash scene, sorry but you might want a new prologue...
The map was a good idea...I'm sick of people makin massive worlds and you havn't got a clue where they're going...
Maybe a playable scenario...
Your a total war fan, don't get carried away with that, a good few people don't know what phalanx is...
The screenshot of the dock with the ?letvians? was quite good...
Don't give the same shot of a character twice, it sucks, unless its a really good shot...
End with next scenario so you don't have to exit the game twice if you just playtest...
Do that and you've got a good zip...
Edit:sorry for being a pessimistic jackass i'm in a crappy mood...

i know it is not briliant. it did used to be better and longer before my computer got wiped. why don't you do something with it? you could use my 'prologue' as a starting point for a campaign of your own?
the fact is, the prologue was never finished, read the readme if you want to know why. i lost all my work on the campaign. so that is why there is no scenario afterwards and that is why it is over very quickly. thanks for looking at in depth and then responding - despite you being in a crappy mood lol - i think that that is what makes a good commment/review; if you are critical. thanks

Hey thanks man,
I might use it but I can't see where it would fit in... I'm makin a campaign called the Athylian Amber and the story is prety drawn out but it twists so I might be able to find a place...
If you stick around long enof you'll see a demo soon, it's not my best work but still a good quality...
You should try and finsh it or else all the work you put into it was a complete waste...
