Ok im not sure what you do i guess you just put it into the scenarios folder.

Playability: 2
The scenario is playable, thats good. Whats unfortunate is how there is no music tracks, and since you didn't alter the unit speeds, there won't be alot of battles becuase your army will have a hard time catching up, and that means you'll have trouble stopping your oponnents flag bearer.

Balance: 2
The altered unit stats make for quick battles, and since the units are ranged, the enemy will have no problem stopping the flag bearer. Although I could be wrong, I forgot whether of not the units were ranged. In any case, they aren't fast enough to catch up to a flag bearer or to catch up to an opponent.

Creativity: 2
The game is straight forward, you have units that spawn, and they go capture the flag, and bring it back to the blue square. But Capture the Flag scenarios in whole are unique as few have been done, and when done right, they can be really good, so instead of a 1, you'll get a 2 becuase of this.

I'm making a Capture the Flag scenario as well (more like adding new features and removing the Out of Sync areas) it has a tower system, god powers (respawn), day to night cycle, altered unit stats. You can use those features to make the scenario more unique and to get a better Creativity mark.

Map Design: 1
Theres no terrian blending (basically, the only terrian is grass) whatsoever, the map is blank save for cliffs, no eyecandy is present. My suggestion: Go view AoMH's scenario design library, and view all the tips and tricks of eyecandy, and you'll find you can make a much better map. And the terrian is somewhat flat, raising the elevation here and there and smoothening it will make the terrian seem more realistic.

Story/Instructions: 3
You provide basic instructions on how to play the game, and the player won't have trouble knowing what to do. BUT, you should mention that the players must ally themselves according to teams, becuase that is not automatically done through triggers, and as a result, the game will end up being a complete mess in free for all.

Additional Comments:
A good start, it takes a good amount of work to make a substancial CtF scenario, and even more work to make it popular. Continue practicing and learning your editior skills, and you'll be sure to make something great, and in that endeavor, I wish you luck.
