I gave you an average grade, cause you really didn't say much more than the previous guides.
Also, you didn't use anything more than columns and just some mixed terrain and skeletons.
Sorry, but the previous guide I've read is better and more informative.
Additional Comments:
When you're building ruins, you must have an idea of what the building was, size, shape, height and function. Then, you have to determine what was the reason and method of it's destruction (fire, fighting, etc) and then, how long ago it was destroyed.
So, first, make the outline of the building in terms of what space it occupied.
Also, try to use apart from columns, various rocks of the appropriate colour (eg black for scorched from fire), sprites, etc.
Don't forget, that you have to make the debris according to the method of destruction, so an explosion would throw the debris outwards, a collapse would'nt scatter much debris, and a fire would burn all but the stones which would be mostly standing.
If the destruction was done long ago, you have to put some vegetation according to the terrain of the area, and perhaps lots of it making it overgrown...
In all goodwill

A very nice tutorial, nicely set out and easy to understand too! It's not exactly a difficult tutorial which is why i havn't given you a five.
nice job.
:Additional comments
If you know how to make cinematics, a tutorial in that area would be incredibly helpful as I've yet to see a cinematic tutorial I understand.
