Very nice mod that gives units cinematic models even when the game is in gameplay mode, which makes them look REALLY nice (but might cause lag for those with slower computers).
As mentioned in my previous reply, there were a few animations that did not work, such as the hoplite's and axeman's. But overall, they all worked nicely.
Additional Comments:
Congratulations to the author on a nicely done mod. It could have gotten a perfect 5 if it didn't have those two missing animations. This deserves a 4.5 rating, but since there isn't such an option on this review page (why I don't know), I hope a 4.0 is good enough to encourage others who uses Mods to try this.

It's a great idea, but it's a little unpredictable. When a soldier is in its cinematic model, it's impossible to detect what upgrades it has. As for the Arcus. The Arcus hero is something that looks completely different from a regular Arcus. If you're going to give it a cinematic model, I would suggest just using it for a champion Arcus, which is what that cinematic model is. As for cinematics attacks, theres a small flaw. Cinematic attack animations can work either against or for the person, since the rate of the attack can be slower or faster depending on the length of the animation. Take Gargarensis. It's alot faster for him to just thrust his trident, rather than thrust then act like he's talking the whole time. But I think the interest you had in making this as good as possible was great. Also, some people might not like certain animations. We all have our preference. There's also a small bug. The weapons of the soldiers are being left behind. The're still connected to the unit in the fact that the animation file says to connect them. This can easily be changed though.
Additional Comments: It's a very interesting idea, and beileve it or not, I actually did something exactly like this. I have two downloads, one is AoM In-Game Cinematic Models, and the other is AoM In-Game Cinematic Models 2. Check them out, and see how the people using it are given choices.
