We decided to go random civs, Woogy and I both drew Thor, Flam and Hosebeats were less lucky and pulled out both Egypt - to the dismay of both. The lag in the game heavily favoured Woogy's mass Throwing Axes over my mass Raiders and later Jarls. (Stoopid TA's were beating up my Raiders even when I got the Sons of Sleipnir upgrade.) The game ends in both Woogy and myself firing off Ragnarok. (And to Woogy's dismay, my heroes didn't attack through her forest of forts and towers.) Overall an interesting game, probably worth checking out.
Excellent game, as is to be expected of 1800s+ players.
Awesome game. TSD does a good job of keeping Woogs on the defensive, while making headway slowly into Woogs' base. Meanwhile, Flammifer forward builds right outside Hose's base, and harasses Hose for a while. Hose eventually sends troops down to the no-man's land where TSD is attacking Woog's forward base and building Hill Forts. As he mentioned, TSD casts Ragnarok shortly after Woogs, manages to break through Woogs' defenses, and takes a Settlement at the bottom of the map. He then sends his Heroes of Ragnarok into Woogs' base and takes another Settlement, at which point Woogs (and Flammifer shortly after) resigns.
This was a great game, with near-constant action. I highly reccomend it to all Norse players, especially newbies.

A really good game that ended with double ragnarok. An interesting and fun game to watch. An interesting comeback too. Huge economies that support huge conflicts.
