The Adventure

Author File Description
KAI IN A DREAM
File Details
Version: AoM: The Titans
You venture into an ancient city where you can talk to many people, do many tasks and also fight the monsters at the Ranch (area where monsters are found) this is a great adventure scenario. I put a lot of time into this map, its my second map and can proudly say that its my best yet. I hope you guys download and share in the adventure experience.

Credits to Lord_Erik0173 for his The Morning Mist track i used in this scenario. Thanks heaps Lord_Erik0173!

Spazmodan45 This looks great! The eyecandy is awesome, problem is..can't play it. There's tons of trigger errors. The cinematic blocks on the top and bottom won't leave and are blocking a lot of the game.

EDIT: Ugh, sorry. I think it's because AOM + Vista don't get along. It seems to be doing this on everything I download.

EDIT again: Okay, i got it working. The eyecandy and "feel" (including the music) was spectacular. Very well done. The only thing that needs improvement is the trigger set up. You can talk to people who are like 5 miles away. You need to set it up so when you're in area of the unit (really close) AND selected, then they talk. The quests and what not were interesting and fun. Although I didn't really feel like playing the rest, NOT because it was bad, just other reasons, it was great. Keep making more, I enjoyed that. Also, you might want to improve on your grammar and when the people talk, use send chat instead of message, it works better. And when you click on Arkantos, he's supposed to be talking to Ajax, so what if you clicked Ajax first? It would be messed up. So maybe set that up somehow. Like, click on either -> Short cinematic of them talking.

All in all, it was great. Glad to see people with talent making scenarios again. Looking forward to see'ing more.

Spazmodan45 I could help you with triggers. I'm really good at them. Also, i didn't give a review because they usually get deleted no matter the amount of detail I put in them.

your right im not the best with triggers. i cant use them very well sorry Forbiddian. uh with the relics your meant to just click on them and they'll disappear saying...... well im working on another project called Island Adventure some help would be greatly appreciated...huh? with triggers i mean. can you help me?
Dope This is a great scenari KAI. Great eyecandy, lots of people to talk to, inteesting map esign,... But with a scenario this big and complicated there are alyways some errors. I's hard to follow the stroyline and finding and completing quests is very confusing. I won't review because I'd take away too many points in story/instructions so I'll just say 4.4 for this one. But if you organise it a bit better I'll review.
Forbiddian I was referring to the three relics that don't do anything when you select them and you can walk over and pick them up. The one behind that guy who hostiles you when you call him ugly, there's one next to the Nereid in the water, and there's one more.

And yes, I'll be happy to help you write triggers for a map. Your eyecandy is definitely top notch.
