Presents: Son of Osiris Texture Mod!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~What is This~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This modpack changes the original Son of Osiris character into the most extreme texture mod ever made. Matching Horus' (Osiris' son) exact likeness! He still contains all original abilities and powers, but his clothes have made a complete change. Now with shading, and a hood and robes, this character will make an excellent addition to your collection of mods.
Includes:
Textures
Icons
Extra History file for the Son of Osiris XP character (Since one is not included in the Expansion)
Screenie showing three pictures of the new mod
Enjoy! :)
Just to stop anyone putting it too harshly, I'll just mention this: This is my first mod! :) (and yes, I've already read Stephen Caine's Guide)
OMG (no offense please) but how is this "the most extreme texture mod ever made"
Oh! well I guess that comment can go both ways, but I doubt that this is the worst one ever.
I'm really getting sick of this, I have to let it out.
Keep these to yourself please.
After what Master_Foozle said I'm having doubts about downloading this. Is there anything special to it? New attck or something? If it's just texture.. what's the point?
Ahhh don't listen to them. I for one enjoy these texture mods because they're easy to install and make the game look nicer, when good effort is put into them. :)
Thank you, AquartistJames for your nice comment.
And Danny, all you need to do is copy the textures into C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Mythology\textures, the icons into C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Mythology\textures\icons, and the history into C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Mythology\history2\units (but if you only have the first version you can take out the 'XP' and put it into C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Mythology\history\units) Hope that helped! :)
Sorry if I offended you, but if you look back in the section for other mods, you'll see endless ammounts of boring mods that never should have gone into the downloads section due to cluttering up the place. I'm just really annoyed that people dont put much time into anything and put it up for other people to get angy at. I also wonder why those texturers don't even bother to increase the resolution of the textures, which will make it look cooler no doubt, if you do it well.
