I do see a major improvement in your game from before. You still aren't using rally points from your TC for your vils, but you seem quick enough with them anyway. You don't need hunting dogs on mediteranean.
About elephants: I generally am not a fan. I like Chariot Archers better. Anyway, they are very powerful against buildings but they generally seem to need some unit to support them against infantry. I might attack for instance with some axement, some chariot archers, and some elephants along with a couple siege units. The thing is because they are good against buildings the way I would use elephants is I would go Thoth like you, then would get the two Thoth Migdol improvements, build a migdol really close to the enemy's base, and spam elephants if I am going to use them.
Some other comments: Camels are only good against archers and as raiders, and some might say that they are good against cavalry but that depends. Also if you got all the Techs from the armoury after you hit mythic you might have won a few more battles. One more thing, don't try and raid using elephants. They are too slow to catch villagers and the enemy will have time to send over infantry. Aside from seige just about every other egyptian unit is good for raiding.
