I've updated it now, removing some trees that made it hard/impossible to walk around. Also added more enemies.
About that change name trigger I already explained that trigger doesn't exist in Vanilla and it can't be made.
@pharoh_elite
I completely understand your previous comment and this one. But as I said before I'm not dedicating myself to making one or two scenarios in my whole AoMH carrer.
I've already made a 15 scenario campaign and Age Of Heroes II will heave even more scenario. That's a lot of work for one man and to be able to finish it I must exclude some stuff like a meaningfull use of Day/Night cycle.
I have played hundreds of scenarios ranging from the best scenarios on AoMH to those that don't deserve to be there. And one thing I've learned from that you can never make more than 2-3 great scenarios and most of them end up as demos and unfinished projects like ''The Unfinished Anthology''.
I have one of those scenarios, it's called Mightylandya. I started it seven moths ago and it's still unfinished. In the meantime I've made history with Age Of Heroes series. That's why I'll continue to do it my way. I really respect your criticism and I see all you want is a great scenario from me. But I'll give you something better, a great campaign Age Of Heroes II.
And to finish, how many people have released a campaign as big as mine and how many of them have released two great campaigns....NONE.
..and all that in less than a year... I work for theo people who just want to have fun.[Edited on 12/08/08 @ 04:22 AM]

So what if you did this in all less than a year Anyone could make a great campaign in maybe a month , but I dont think you deserved such a low rating for this you shouldve gotten a 4 or somthing.
I think Pharo Elite was being a bit to harsh,
The style that DOPE has made AOH2 in... is great and if its great why would he need to change it?[Edited on 12/11/08 @ 07:44 PM]

Thanx for the support but you're wrong about anyone being able to make a campaign like Age Of Heroes is a month. Only coming up with the story, which wasn't completely explained in AoH but will be in AoH II, took a couple of weeks. Then there are scenarios and cinematics, playtesting, artwork... and off course there's that time when you're just tired and you stop working on it. Then you get back to it, then something awfull happens and a scenario or a trigger just won't work. Then you start thinking about abandoning the whole thing, but something makes you do that final scenario in a way noone's ever done it. Then you finaly release it and take a rest for a couple of months.
I know this sounds a bit dramatic and makes me look like a hero fighting with a giant monster but I like these drama things:) |

well i'd say its good, i played AOH1 and was easily saitisfied and this one seems its ganna be just as good, good job :)
@ pharoah : your judging her game compared to another game, you should (when reveiwing) only think about how good the game is and not how much improvement it has from another, remmeber if you have one baby it may be brilliantly smart but that doesnt mean your next baby is ganna be twice as smart. :) |

@ demigodseer: I would agree with you if these scenarios were not part of a series which they are. When a scenario is part of a series and you have brought out flaws in the construction of the scenarios within that series before it is necessarily to highlight where the author has improved or not improved as well as analysing the scenario as a stand-alone. I also think it is necessary to discuss whether constructive criticism has been taken on board regardless a scenario is part of a campaign, series, or stand-alone. I have discussed this in my review however, each area is based entirely on its effectiveness within the scenario itself and any external points would be down to how the scenario fits within the series. This 'baby' as you call it is part of an on-going pregnancy. |

Great work!
It does not work in the Titans version.
R. even cannot talk to the king.
In Vanilla it works fine. |
