I though that it was a well thought out and revised guide that help many people when they are designing scenario's, you covered alot of topics as well.
The town one was good but you could have put a bit more emphasis on elevation i think, and could have shown us several different types of towns that uses roughly the same pattern.
I thought that the mountain section was well written, and with plenty of examples
The river guide was good there are to many maps with un-curver and straight water
Additional Comments:
It was a well thought out guide but it could have received a much higher rating if you had put some more emphasis on elevation and terrain mixing

sorry dude but don't lecture someone if you don't have much experience yourself yet ;)
Also its a BASIC design guide, i might make an Advanced scenario design guide soon.
I still need to read some pages and experiment some more with a few stuff, and than i'll make a new guide.
Enjoy the download people, and thanks for reading and having interest in my works.[Edited on 01/13/09 @ 02:33 AM]

how can you advance a age in the editor? |

1 Testplay use triggers to advance for example or advance with villies ofcourse.
2 With Nottud's or Reyk's editor you have new options next to Quit and Resign: OPEN In Editor ^.^
Than you can see everything you did up to than in the editor, i mostly save it then. But when you open it again with the editor it shows standard upgrades again and not upper ages or stone walls or guard tower etc.
I know there is another trick but i don't know it.. |
