Playability: 1

Although the map was very linear, I had trouble navigating and finding my next objective, especially at the beginning. When I came to the longhouse part, the message that pops up suggested that there was a possible way to destroy the longhouse without just hacking away at it, but it wasn't obvious enough to make me understand that there actually was a way, if you understand what I'm saying. I destroyed the longhouse and continued and found the torch. However, because I had destroyed it the long way, I wasn't able to proceed past the invisible wall leading to the next area. You need to take into account solutions that players could come to, and create alternative answers to those problems and quests.
When I came to the city, it took me a while to realize I had to approach the door itself to continue with the game and enter the palace. Maybe add a green marker there. When I entered the palace, I was not able to leave. I took a look at your triggers and saw that you used the "Teleport Unit" effect for the entrance and exit of the palace. This effect can be unreliable as there are LOS issues with it. The armour I found by the original base had no effect on me, just like in your other map, with the Hp relics. You really need to test every little thing and work through your own map before you submit it.

Balance: 3

The map was not difficult, though there were hairy situations. The last battle was what got you a score of 3. I'm sure the battle would have been easier if I had had my Aaron (He was stuck in the palace) but I had a hard time killing those giants.

Creativity: 2

The longhouse bit was creative, but there was nothing else on this map putting it apart from other maps. The eyecandy wasn't inspiring and mostly unattractive. I'm not sure what makes people put giant enlarged rocks in the place of mountains, but it's not good looking.

Map Design: 2

The only part of the map I found pleasing to the eye was the first city, the area near the walls. This is the second map I've played of yours, and I think I can grasp how you design eyecandy. You need to RETHINK map design. What you have done is place down rocks and grass in an empty space to make the empty space have something in it so you can call it eyecandy. That is the wrong way to go about designing. This is incredible hard to explain... Something I would tell my members of Spirit Studios was to make every object have a purpose. Every single one. When you place a cluster of rocks down, I want you to invision how nature would have done it. Did they tumble down a hill? Why are they in this formation? And on a larger scale...Why are there several scattered ponds here? Did a meteor shower create them thousands of years ago? Was the ground eroded due to an old river? If there was an old river, will there be ancient water related objects lying around; will the terrain be different where the old river used to lay? Elevation. Cluster the bottom of hills with trees and rocks around the edges, create a small trail up the side of it, place a destroyed outpost on the top surrounded by skeletons and a destroyed siege weapons. Just by doing that, you've added history to that spot. The elevation, the terrain, and all the objects you placed down were not inspiring; it was merely a clutter of objects place on repetitive terrain.

Story: 0/3
Instructions: 2/2

There was no story. I suggest you make some sort of character. I suggest you make him the star of your many maps, have him go on adventures or something instead of just being thrown into some raid attack with a person named "Aaron."
The instructions were not very clear, but they were there when they needed to be and guided me through the map.

Additional Comments:
-No music.
-Use the "Kill all Player God Powers" or whatever to get rid of starting god powers.

Thanks for the review! I'm working on a big RPG right now starring Aaron. He will be the star of my maps, as you suggested I'd make one in the review. I'm not sure if I should make a showcase when I have like 40 precent done so I can include some screenshots. Is there any way to just put the screenshot on the site directly rather that going to photobucket and all that stuff?
Alexgd92 Cool map, you can tell you put in some effort =P. Hey um Cirrow, you do know that reviews are out of 5 points right? (EX: Story 0/3).

Notice that he has story and instructions, and if you do this amazing thing called math, and add 3 (story) + 2 (instructions) you get the number you were looking for, aka 5...
