Island Civilization- With a twist!

Author File Description
Swift sword
File Details
# of Players: 3
Version: AoM: The Titans
Each player starts with 4 villagers on a small island in the southern corner of the map. Put them in your transport, find an island, and begin building up. Dont take too long though- It's a race! Whoever garrisons the relic on the hades island in their temple first wins. It won't be easy to get to it either- if you rush with poorly upgraded infantry your going to get slaughtered. Have fun, and enjoy!
This is my second map created by me, so i need all the critcism I can get. Thanks in advance!
Edit: Added some units and guardian for difficulty, as well as objectives to help out players. Also lightowers to see settlements.
Edit: More detailed objectives.
Ugh. Can never seem to get this to my satisfaction. Anyways next update- Added two new islands and a (small) mainland in northern corner of map

Any comments? I need all the help I can get. You don't have to review, although you can if you want, but i do need criticism
cosmicthing2 I suppose i'm commenting again then! I think that this is a pretty good map, I like the idea, but I have 2 criticisms; one being (I didn't like this even though other people might) THE MAP WAS HUGE!! This creates a problem: it means that if you play this with people who e.g. aren't very patient, they're likely just to give up as the map is so big, and unfortinuately there are quite a few people who aren't that patient. Also, I thought that the islands were a little too small, they weren't that bad, but I think I little larger would be good. Apart from the bad stuff though, it was a good idea and, if you got some decent people to play against, would be fun!

EDIT: One other problem, although i'm not sure you can help this; you can't really play the map more than once as people will know where the island is (you have an advantage over the people who haven't played it before).

Thanks for your comment again:P I'm gonna have to check out your maps now. Anyways, to your critcisms-
The map being so big- Well, I guess it is a little big and it does take a while to reach your island, sailing on pretty blank terrain.
The islands too small- Well that's pretty easy to edit. I had a difficult time playtesting this to be honest, but when i did I hardly had room for buildings. Good catch there.
Island location- Well, I'm pretty bad at triggering so I don't have a clue how to make the location of the islands random. Sorry, but I can't do much there.

Alright, I made the islands bigger, and added settlements to some of them. Didn't want to do it over again, so it's still a lil big, and Im not sure how to randomize islands, so that's still the same.

mhm...Think I've finished another multiplayer scenario. Feels odd, I'll have like the first 3 out of 4 scenarios as mine.
Te one i just finished feels...a little plain. A simple build and destroy on narrow clifftops... I don't know why it feels plain though. Im gonna post it and wait for comments. Maybe they'll help me out :P

Anything else guys? I need to learn to improve, so please tell me what to change/fix for this map as well as future ones.
Edit: almost 20 downloads wow. Must've been the "with a twist" part lol. Alrighty well then, besides cosmic, that makes for 18 people to comment :P
