(Updated with a second game)
In one of my other postings, Gods Assassin noted that Aggressive Rushers were easier than Balanced (at least for Norse, because the AI bugs up and they go dormant) and thought the Balanced titans were the hardest. So this game is a demonstration of how Balanced titans also suck. This is the first game I played after his comment, no trying and trying for a lucky game where the AI does something stupid.

Here is a game of me delivering a sound beating to a Balanced Titan by means of a very simple gold starve.

I got lucky to be able to hunt both giraffe packs, but the huge long walk for my hunt lead to a slow classic time (actually it was my slow temple, but the hunt was related - more vills on food to keep TC going, less on wood, and extra hunt ox cart meant not enough wood for a temple when I wanted it).
If it had been a Rusher, I may have died to the rush :p
Since it was Balanced it did not rush, so I walled up and raided.

The silly computer did a very poor job of trying to secure a second gold mine. I killed 2-3 batches of unprotected miners then killed his army, and from that point on it just sort of floundered. This is why AIs suck.

If it had actually fought back in a meaningful way, I may have been forced to use my GPs :o

The second game (which I just added) is better because the Titan actually puts up a fight. Alfheim, me vs balanced Hades. I played a little sloppy at a few points and for a few moments I thought I might lose, but the feeling passed quickly and he paid for his crimes.

"pay for his crimes"

listen to Hail ;)
Aflay Good games. It might be a good idea to take example from what he does to the titan, granted you adore the god he uses for it.
