User Interface - 5/5
The user interface is really simple. There is nothing that confuse your eye. No toolbar, no buttons. Just a simple DOS program.
Simplicity to use - 5/5 (was 3/5)
Even though the program looks simple and feels simple, but knowing how to use not simple because the program fails to provide instruction for people who does not have the knowledge to operate this program. There is no "read me" file in the program so you're pretty much alone figuring out what to do. At least, add read me and a simple instruction in read me or in the program. People, use any key on the keyboard to make it generate words.
After recent update, it now include instruction inside the program when you run. No more confusion. Very simple now which is really good for everyone.
Are names good enough for me? - 5/5 (was 3/5)
Yes, and no. First, the names that the program generates is rather obvious. It creates word that starts with consonant then vowel then consonant then vowel and so on. It only creates simple random names which is okay for me. The only thing I was expecting something was single quote in some random names- like Baa'l, Teal'c, Rato'm, Yat'o, etc. but it does not do this at all, i guess, yet. At least make your program be able to generate more complex words then I will be satisfied.
After recent update, it now includes spaces and single quotes. Beautiful. It can make words like Ba'a Iri, Ki it, Kiva, Vanu, etc.
I rate this program as 3.6 out of 5 which is rounded up to 4 out of 5. A simple program that is really easy once you know how to use it(just hit any keys). Makes simple words, strange words, silly words, etc but no single quotes or complex names
Update: 5 out of 5. Read the updates above for reasons.
