Minor change to hotkeys to address persistent mappings issue

I encourage anyone who wants to make similar games to open Myth Invaders in the editor and copy as much as you find useful. In fact, feel free to edit the Myth Invaders scenario to your liking - different units, faster waves, etc. If someone creates a sufficiently entertaining variation they want to share, please upload it, just make sure to include a link back to the original i.e. this one :)

That's amazing!
Captain Russia Wow, you impressed Yeb!
Die_Mortal If that doesn't impress Yeeb, nothing will.
Guard of Olympus
Map Design3.0
Playability: 4
The playability was good, I liked the way everything was controlled by hotkeys and how simple the game was. It was very intresting to play and I thought it was fun.
The only thing I didn't really like was the movement, sometimes it seemed a bit jumpy and the movement of my fire siphon wasn't really smoth. Overall I think it was a good scenario that everyone should try.

Balance: 4
The balance was really good considering how hard it must be to balance one of these scenarios. I liked how the speed changed a little for every level, and the scenario got harder for each level as it should. At level ten I kept failing though, and it got rather annoying to lose at the same level over and over again. Maybe you could, instead of increasing the units speed so much add more units, or something that'd help balance it.

Creativity: 5
Well, what can i say? This is one of the most creative scenarios we have in the DL section now, and it was a really unique idea. I really like how the units are changed after each level, and many of them look like aliens. :P
I like how everything was controlled by hotkeys, which I liked.

You also implemented this game very well in Age of Mythology, looks a lot like the actual game.

Map Design: 3
The map design was very good functionally, but it didn't really have a lot of details or eyecandy.
The map looked like space and the units could move in the right directions easily, but at the same time I felt there were many things that could have been done differently. For example I think you could add some more emblishament, and I think it would be cool to see the moon sometimes, like it was moving in an orbit around the earth.

Story/Instructions: 4
The story is very simple, but that doesen't mean it's bad. I would still have liked a story cinematic other than the instruction one, telling the story in more detail and perhaps adding some unique elements to the story. The instructions are really easy to understand and there wasn't anything unclear in the scenario. The objective was simple, and I liked that anyone could understand and play this scenario.

Additional Comments: Keep up the good work, and excuse any spelling errors...
Aflay Wow. anybody who can turn an RTS into an arcade game has my props. eat your heart out starcraft :P

Thanks for the nice comments everyone, I'm glad people are enjoying it.

Thanks for the review Guard of Olympus, I hope the changes I made mean you can beat wave 10 now. I can beat it on Easy and Moderate but not Hard or Titan.
Hammerhands I played this.
It was awesome.

The only thing it lacked was the some sort of zipping noise as the projectile flew. It was actually remarkably similar to the actual Space Invaders game. I was rather impressed. I'm just not feeling eloquent enough for an honest review. It'd be a good one though.
Guard of Olympus Sorry for not checking this for awhile, I'll update my review as soon as possible.

No worries, Guard of Olympus, I'm happy with the 4 rating and have no complaints about the comments.

For those who don't go to the forums, the changes in difficulty were:
- Enemies start slightly further back, are a little bit slower and have less downward movements in their pattern, meaning you get longer to shoot them
- Your missile travels faster, meaning you can shoot more often

Hammerhands, feel free to review when you're feeling more eloquent but any comments/reviews are appreciated. I'm glad you thought it was awesome.

As for sound when the missile is moving, it would probably need to be a looping sound which often don't work out too well. There is a sound when the weapon fires though that goes on for a bit.
a0mTT2D how did you put the waves?
