Version: AoM: The Titans
This is a demo for a map i'm working on (with Hammerhand's permission)

You are the last surviving ulfsark of Zenophobia's uprising, and he needs your blood. You have hidden yourself away in a supposedly impenetrable fortress on a deserted island in the farthest reaches of the earth, but now, your hiding place has been discovered, and Zenophobia's army is on its way.

-Fight off waves of enemies in an epic struggle
-level up to gain points(old men) that can be spent on upgrading your army and unlocking new units.
-After you die, you are given a code, which you can use the next time you play to retrieve your stats!
-Boss fights, bonus waves, and much more!

This is only a demo, and feedback would be appreciated.

demo has been updated. you now use hotkeys to summon units.

CharlieDog Really good map, but the hot keys didn't work for me unfortunately. I'm not sure what's wrong atm. I'm really looking forward to the full version.

Murmillo Of Zeus The Hotkey works for me :) also Nice Eyecandy on the fortress expect the parts that are not connected also I only can get up to lvl 9 because after I beat lvl9 my computer deletes aom or freeze it :P so I can't really finish it.

urgh that sometimes happens to my computer too :(. I'll check it out and see if i can fix it.
CharlieDog Got hotkeys to work. It's a fantastic map, but unfortunately it froze when I made too many people. I think it's a bit like the bug you have. Maybe in wave 9 too many people are created or something.

hmm... maybe i have too many quest vars with big decimal places and the computers can't handle it?

But the thing i find weird is: There was this online multiplayer map called "helms deep good siege" With approximately 6 players and a thousand units, yet that didn't lagbomb at all.
It had no quest vars.

quite possibly, though, it might be the sheer number of units and cpu players...

CharlieDog Did it create them though? If they already spawned with the map it probably wouldn't matter but if they spawned during the game through triggers it might make a difference...
