I'm sure that my topic triggered all sorts of bells and whistles and sirens and alarms yada yada yada, NOOBIE!!! NOOBIE!!! NOOBIE!!!! But humor me I know that most players only play online against other humans, but I was wondering if anyone else, just for a lark, plays against the computer and chooses either an opponent of Titan difficulty or perhaps 2 or 3 opponents of hard difficulty. If so, how well do you do? I can't beat the computer at Titan to save my life. I'd heard that one trick is to rush with 5 ulfs and wall around his town center but I couldn't ever get that to work - ulfs have such awful pierce armor the TC just picks them off. Anyone ever tried and succeeded??? One hard opponent is too easy for me anymore. I hardly even have to try - just advance faster than him and go get him. Now multiple hard opponents - I can only beat two or more if they never attack my base. I can have a defensive army set up before the first of the two attacks, but if one attacks and the other comes in as cleanup, I'm just not able to manage quickly enough to fight off both armies. If I try rushing one, maybe I'm just not rushing fast enough, but usually if I'm razzing one's town center the other one is razzing mine and I can't pump out enough to handle both. I've even tried walling and towering up, but that takes so long that both opponents are able to grab 3 TCs, meaning the army coming at you is twice the size of the one you're building. Just eventually becomes too much to handle! Anyone else ever try this just for the fun of it? If so, how often can you beat 2 or more hard opponents or 1 titan opponent?
