Ok, WhoAskedU, now how bout some reasons other then graphical ones? If you are buying a game solely for graphical reasons, you are going to be very dissapointed.
Also, much of it is a matter of taste. Some of the screenshots you posted I actually prefer the EE graphics in.
You have not seen AoM in action, and screenshots cannot do EE justice. While in-game, if you have a high-end system, the animation and graphics are much smoother then what is displayed in the screenshots.
Do you really expect to get high-quality graphics out of AoM unless you have a top-of-the-line system either? Once you start turning down the detail settings to make it work with your computer, the graphics start to deteriorate. It is just a simple fact of computing, true with any game.
Even if you can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that AoM has better graphcs (which is likely will, since it is coming out 6+ months later and it aimed at a higher average system specs), basing your entire argument on screenshots is amazingly shallow.
