In the new screeny, we don't see footprints on the snow. Are there footprints on snow/sand? Does the fire giant leave his uber-1337 burning footprints? Do you think there are other units with "special footprints"? (like the fire giant's)
Snow giant leaving a layer of ice where he walks sound cool

There isn't any moving around here so maybe the foot prints faded out. (it takes a while to kill a giant, no?)

You can see footprints in sand in the "big battle" screenie. THere are no footprints on the snow, because the units are walking on a "snow road"> How do i know the grass/snow looking ground is a road? because it goes from building to building in a straight line, and because all units coming from beneath go by these roads
I think AE is right, they must have faded out....and in Thunder's camera screens from the latest AoM demo, I saw the fire giants "uber l33t" footprints.

There is only a few spots that have grass. One of the Collosus and some other units are on pure snow.

Seeing as these screenies are indubitably being taken from an orchestrated scene in the scenario editor and not from an actual game, it makes sense that if the units weren't actually doing a lot of moving before the ES peep hit the print screen key, there wouldn't be any footprints, yes?

Yes, thatīs the only possible solution, īcause there MUST be footprints, itīs unbeliefable for me that they aren't in the game!I donīt worry ībout this, I think itīs sure that thereīll be footprints in the game!
