This could easly be done.
All you have to do is send a bunch of villagers to build a few towers around your enemy. Given that theres no stone in AOM this could easily be done (as long as they don't take forever to build but evan that could work)
Since Hades towers have a 20% increased range (along with 10% increased HP as with all hades buildings), that could give you the little room to stay out of your enemie's LOS.
Then you build an archery range and make archers (which have increased attack to snipe out anything that trys to get to your vills.
Theres 3 other possible paths this strat could take. You could wait til lthe 4rth age to upgrade to flaming arrows (burning pitch) that do extra damage to seige, ships, and buildings, or you could build a TC and then cast Sentinel, which makes 4 statues around the TC that shoot at things, or you could make a fortres and have that shoot at your enemy and make units (along with seige) to attack him.
If you wait till the 4rth age (more economical and not you won't be totally screwed if it fails) you could simply bombard your enemy with archers, and destroy his TC and buildings etc.
If you make a TC to attack your enemie's TC then you could steal you're enemies rescorces (make sure you have plenty of archers if you want to do that)
If you make a fortress thats generally a sign the game's gonna end soon, since your fortress can make myth units and siege and infantry to attack your enemy, and it shoots stuff at him too.
I think Hades is gonna be an overpowered civ in the alpha, and also my personal favorite for rushing
