I'd have to go with the Egyptians, the detail on their buildings is magnificent.

There is so much to look at, but if i focus on the walls I find the norse looking the best. The upgraded greek and egyptian walls look a bit too much like medieval siege walls. Perhaps it's accuate and there were impressive wall constructs around at those times, but I still prefer the lower type that fit nicely with a town.

Set's wonder reminded me of a tomb I saw dug up from the Valley of Kings. If that was the inspiration, it would make sense that it's not especially ornate, because it would originally have been mostly underground.
