I got the idea to make a set of these from this file.
These are mini eyecandy maps (hence the title). Feel free to be inspired, but if you use one of my ideas at least include me in the credits.
Here is a list of the files included in the folder:
Mini Atlantis Ruins
Mini Birth of the Hippocampus
Mini Forest Residence
Mini Go-insideable Pyramid (WARNING: extremely amazing)
Mini Mountain Caravan
Mini Oasis Market
Mini Underworld 1 (The Arrival of Souls)
Mini Underworld 2 (The Pit of Punishment)
These are fantastic!
Great use of terrain mixing, eyecandy details, and special effects!
I really liked the Oasis Market map, and how you actually managed to make it look like a busy market with nothing moving :)
Though in some cases when you have rocks on steep hills you should rotate them a bit so you don't have them floating in mid-air. And in the Atlantis map I didn't really like being able to see the "empty" bottoms of buildings.
Other than that, great work! :)

These are awesome! I like how you took advantage of every space on the map. The go insideable pyramid was awesome! I see alot of creativity here. I can definitly picture some of these in a good story like the mountain caravan. Good terrain mixing also improves your score. Forest residence had some really nice terrain mixing. These are a joy to admire. The little embelishments you put around some of the maps like skeletons and logs really add to the feel of the location. I would reccomend some grass objects too. I saw all of them. The oasis market was cool too ;)
Additional Comments: You really have a nack for this type of stuff. Why don't you become an eyecandy artist? Great work.

Thanks expert! Lol, I read that eyecandy guide that everyone reads, and I don't see a difference between my work and everyone else's.

How does the Go-inside Pyramid work? I can't zoom in far enough. And the animation zoom wont work.
