Manor (100 Food) = +5 atk (more for bigger buildings)
Guild Storage (150 Food) = +100 HP for walls/Gates (more for bigger buildigns)
Temple (400 Food) = +1 projectile (+2 for bigger buildings). Max 3.
Mirror tower (125 Food) = +0.5 speed. 125 Food.
Each civ and god is different.
For runners for example:
Greek = Can build 1 Fortress (Market). 120 sec cooldown on destruction.
Zeus = Can build statue of lightning (Armory). Cooldown. Starts with 2 Lightning storms.
Poseidon = Can build 2 centaurs that upgrade with towers. Not replacable. Starts with Palace spawner.
Hunters have their own bonuses.
For example Norse spawn Fire giants every 40 favor and starts with extra undermines. Thor grants increasing armor bonus for each tier of units whereas Odin has 2 respawning ravens to scout with.
