AoM: The Titans |
Shortly after the fall of Atlantis. The remainder of the Atlantean Civilization traveled a long distance to rebuild the great city. After 15 Years the Atlantean Civilization has been found. Protect the remainder of the Atlantean Civilization. New Atlantis must not fall.
This scenerio has some cinematics and triggers and can be rather challenging. Good Luck. |

-Intro Cinematic played good. however, nothing special. the cinematic is so boring. it just stays in one place. you should have added more movement on the camera track.
-There was some good eyecandy, sounds and some challenge. but it was a bad idea for you to disable the titan because people will waste valuable resources on trying to get to the titan age. and when you get to the titan age, there is no titan.
-good idea on putting an ally. however, it didn't do much. it just moved an army to a certain point and lefted there.
-in my opinion, it was kind boring. it takes a lot of time to beat the game. I spended playing 30 minutes and i wasn't even half way done. but on the other hand, is kind of good since it keeps the player entertained for a long time only if the person likes this sort of scenario. I just didn't have the patience to finish the game. too long. and i forgot to save.
anyway, thats all for now. if i finish the game, i'll give you a rating instead. |

I did actually award the Titan Gate a little while into the game. Hopefully by that time you will have a decent time to defend the base. I also did go a little light on the triggers. But I am not a fan of a short game and tried to give time to build up an army before the titan attacks. Thank you for the comment though. It is much appreciated. |

scenario has *.scx extension ... my AOM cannot read that, it simply doesnt show in window listing scenarios .. other scenarios with *.scn extensions work just fine
where's the problem?
aha ...rating are just for the sake of having this post .. well .. posted

This was made for the titans you arse. Very nice work and enjoyable to play. Needs just a little more testing of the later parts. The scen would end abruptly and some times crash with certain upgrades.[Edited on 01/18/04 @ 11:31 PM]

CONTE, please erase your rating. if you are putting a rating, please write some reasons why you decided to give the rating with true comments. and is not his fault that you don't know where to install an scenario.
scx , means that it was made by the editor of AOM The Titans only. so if you don't have AOM The Titans, then you cannot install this type of file
scn, these types of files are scenarios made by the editor of AOM.
you cannot install a scx file on aom because you don't have AOM: The Titans.[Edited on 12/18/03 @ 03:27 PM]

CONTE: Yes I also think that it will be good if you erase the rating. '1.0' is not fair for the designer - with such kind of reason. When I first came across this rating for this campaign my eyebrows are raised! I haven't encounter the problems other commentators experienced. The game runs smoothly and the Titan will be given to you in the later part of the game ... so, just be patient. |
