No problems here to mark down, one simply had to load the scenario and watch it.
Balance: 4
A nice balance of action and the like, much like a movie trailer. I marked you down a bit here because of the heavy emphasis on the Hoplites fighting. A little more variety of shots would've been nice.
Creativity: 3
Unfortunately, I had to dock a couple marks in this department, as the Trojan War is such a popularly used topic for campaign and scenario design. Plus the fact that the creativity doesn't really belong to you, but rather to Homer.
Map Design: 4
Nice map work. Nothing too spectacular, but passable nevertheless.
Story/Instructions: 5
The story is good... afterall, it's been a classic for a good 3000 years. And instructions were simple to follow, so nothing wrong there.
Additional Comments:
A good cinematic. It should've probably been submitted as a single scenario, but whatever. Looks like a good story in the works. I liked the various sweeping shots, very dramatic, despite the slight lag it caused. And I noticed you used "Requeim for a Dream", the track used in "The Two Towers" trailer... a good choice.
I would suggest however, for starters, to use a "Camera Start" somewhere in the map, so that the player doesn't see the edge of the map at the beginning. And second, perhaps spend a couple minutes more to center the text. ;)
Other than that, I have no, or at least few, complaints. Good work.[Edited on 04/12/04 @ 04:18 AM]
