Playability: 2
The playability wasn't really good. The first cinematic just stood at one point, then it started going over the entire map in an increadebly speed. There was almost no food so I was bound to the starting age. Watching 30 ulfsarks charging a building for one and a half minute is really getting slow, and there were many buildings to tear down. The good thing was that the scenario was very small and didn't show any lag. Try reading some good guides that can be found under design hints, tips and tutorials.
Balance: 1
The scenario was in complete lack of balance.i mean 30 Cataphrakts and 30 ulfsarks batteling 12 spearmens wasn't really balanced. The enemy had no techs that could have made it a little bit harder. Theseus was not strong enough either, he died when I attacked the enemies. But that didn't seem to do anything at all sins I didn't lose or anything like that.
Creativity: 1
No creativty at all. I just had my troops and I was suppose to find and kill the enemy to its last man. Try sub objectives. With that I mean instead of just going right to the town there could be a small village with a general you were have to kill first, couse in other case you wouldn't gain entrance to the main village. Nothing exeptionall in the trigger work, nor in the scenario desining.
Map Design: 1
I am really sorry to say it, but this isn't a very intesting scenario to look at. There were no terrain mixing, just some SnowA. And there were no objects like rocks, trees and animals. All I saw was 8 dwarven gold mines that by some reason blocked the road. Read the guide to terrain mixing, there is a lot of good tips in that guide. Use the nature objects to make the map look more natrual.
Story/Instructions: 1
no story, no instructions. Why was Theseus in the norselands? How did those Tartarian spawns get out of Tartarus? It was annoying that a dialouge took up the lower parts of the screen when the cinematic was over.It was the same dialoge that had been displayed the entire cinematic, I didn't need to look at it further!Use the objectives function and combine it with the objective trigger. Why is Thesus the hero and how comes I don't lose when he dies (He cannot be regenerated).
Additional Comments:Sorry for the harch review but all it needs is a few more objects and some terrain mixing.Don't say anything about Folstag and the Titans when there are non of them in the scenario. take note of that a campain is a scenario that can be played under the campain menu, witch this can't, so it's not a campain.
